Terms are net 30 days with written purchase order or signed proposal for accounts approved with credit by Dock Boxes Unlimited, Inc. All others are pay by VISA, Master Card, Discover or American Express. All checks must be in US dollars.

Dock Boxes Unlimited, Inc. (DBU) warrants the products bearing its name and trademark against all defects in material, workmanship, and performance to the original using purchaser. DBU at its option will repair or replace a product which is found to be defective during the product warranty period.

Defective merchandise must include (RMA #) a Return Authorization Number obtainable from DBU and must be sent, freight prepared by the sender. DBU holds the right to charge a restocking fee on items purchased and returned due to any circumstances other than a malfunction. Prices and descriptions may be subject to change without notice. We cannot be held responsible for printing errors. In no event, shall DBU be liable for any damages arising from the use of its products, including without limitation any direct, incidental or consequential damages, any damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of information of any pecuniary loss, even if DBU has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
